    Went in looking for an item that had 1 left in stock, fully expecting an inventory correction. Carrie the Manager really showed up for me, searching the front and back, around the store. There were some in the South Edmonton Common Store, and she spoke with Anna, their manager, and coordinated a drop off. This is unheard of anywhere else at a big box store, especially right before Christmas. Thank you so much and I would recommend not only store 21 and 57, but any London drugs for their customer experience focus and unique selections.

    I was there a few days ago getting a retake of my sons passport photos that had gotten rejected at Service Canada. The photographer that helped us gave phenomenal customer service. She was was extremely patient with my autistic son who was very shy in the front of the camera. This time we got the perfect neutral facial expression. The staff had a pixie hair cut and glasses, I didn't catch her name but wanted to say thank you for the great experience!! I will be coming back to print some family photos for our home shelves.

    I am often satisfied shopping at London Drugs, no matter which branch. Today was exceptionally great! I ordered a 2nd computer monitor online for an amazing price, and quite satisfied with my purchase. I knew it was a display model and did not think to inquire if any parts would be missing. Once I opened the box half of the power cord was not included with the package. I called LD right away, and they were open to assist me as long as I bring a photo or a sample of a similar cable which I use for the same monitor I use at home. When I returned to the store, they simply unhooked one of the other display Samsung monitors, double-checked my cables & I was good to go! On my way out, I saw more amazing prices on one of my favorite Canadian made snacks by Handful. I bought 10 packs, and left even more satisfied from this visit!!

    London Drugs is awesome. Has so many different things, is priced competitively (cheaper than Shoppers), and I've always had great customer service. I don't understand why it doesn't have a 4-5star average rating?

    I’m sorry I forgot your name but I was in last week and needed help with a few things, and wanted to print something but unfortunately they would have to send it to Southside to get printed on a pillow case, the lady helping me in that section made sure I can come back same day and pick it up, she was very very helpful, again sorry for forgetting ur name

    Always friendly service! And I can find a variety of products including coconut water, oatmeal crackers, Birthday cards, Asian foods, European chocolates, toiletries, shaving accessories, passport photos, home theater systems, televisions, Bluetooth speakers, cellphones and cellphone accessories, laptops (Windows, Chromebook, and Apple ), Cameras and photography accessories. I can even develop my film or print photos or make specialty mugs, pillowcases, aprons, gallery Wraps and aluminum prints using my photos! This store offers SO much more than just pharmacy products and services!

    Customer service gal working today was so splendid. Engaged in conversation beyond the mundane, put a product in my hands to purchase I didn’t know they had, but wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Big ups to the blonde service expert!
